ALEYA SKIN PTY LTD is the entity responsible for personal information collected through this website ("we", "our", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, including when you contact us, join our correspondence list, or place an order.

We collect only what is necessary to operate the house:

• Email address — provided voluntarily through our correspondence and product notification forms.
• Enquiries — your name, email address, enquiry subject and reason, an order number where you provide one, and the contents of your message.
• Order information — your name, email address, telephone number where provided, shipping address, and the details of the items ordered.
• Payment information — payment card details are entered directly into our payment provider's secure fields and are never received or stored by AUVYRA. We retain only the payment status and provider reference for your order.
• Account information — where an account is created for access to restricted areas of the site, the email address and authentication details held by our authentication provider.
• Technical data — limited information such as browser type, device, and approximate location, collected through standard web logs. To limit abuse of our contact form we store a one-way hashed version of the sending IP address rather than the address itself.

We use the information you provide to:

• Process, fulfil and support your orders, including payment and delivery.
• Respond to enquiries you address to us and keep a record of that correspondence.
• Send announcements and early access invitations where you have asked to receive them.
• Maintain, secure, and improve the website, and prevent misuse of our forms.
