Returns
AUVYRA does not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges. We accept returns only where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, unsafe, or otherwise covered by the Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe an item qualifies for a return, please write to us at atelier@auvyra.com.au before sending anything back. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs of the product and its packaging where possible. We may need to assess the product or gather further information before we determine the appropriate remedy.
Returns are assessed individually. We will confirm in writing whether a return is accepted, and where to send the item, before it is sent back to us. Items returned without prior confirmation may not be able to be processed.
Please keep your order number and order confirmation email — they help us locate your order quickly.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, faulty, unsafe, is not the product you ordered, or is not as described, contact us at atelier@auvyra.com.au and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and its packaging where possible.
We ask that you tell us as soon as reasonably possible so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly. This request is not a deadline — it does not limit or expire your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product has a problem, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law, depending on whether the failure is major or minor, together with compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, we will also cover reasonable return costs.
Please contact us before disposing of a damaged or faulty item, as we may need to inspect it or ask for further information.
Hygiene-Sensitive Products
AUVYRA products include skincare, cosmetic, personal-care, ingestible and skin-penetrating items. For health and hygiene reasons, products that have been opened, used or had their seal broken cannot be returned, unless the product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this section.
Refunds
Where a refund is agreed or required by law, it will be issued using the original payment method where reasonably practicable, or another agreed refund method.
Refunds may also arise from our order and pricing arrangements — for example where an order has been overcharged, where an order affected by an obvious pricing, calculation, promotional, typographical or system error is cancelled before dispatch, or where an order is cancelled before dispatch because confirmation or payment was not received. Those arrangements are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Once a refund has been issued by AUVYRA, the time it takes to appear in your account is determined by your bank or payment provider.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing on this page, or elsewhere on this website, limits or excludes any rights, guarantees or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
