AUVYRA is a brand of ALEYA SKIN PTY LTD (ABN 14 699 575 472), a company registered in Australia and located in Guildford NSW 2161, Australia. In these terms, "AUVYRA", "we", "our" and "us" refer to ALEYA SKIN PTY LTD trading as AUVYRA.

By accessing the AUVYRA website you agree to use it in a lawful and respectful manner. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the website, access restricted areas, or use it in a way that could harm AUVYRA, its visitors, or third parties.

The website presents the AUVYRA collection and allows orders to be placed for delivery within Australia. Some products may be presented as forthcoming and unavailable for purchase.

All content on this website — including the AUVYRA name, wordmark, typography, photography, copy, layout, and visual identity — is the property of AUVYRA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any part of the website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

We take care to ensure the information presented on this website is accurate at the time of publication. Certain details — including availability, formulations, and product descriptions — may evolve.

We make no warranty that the content will be complete, current, or free of error.

Products are offered subject to availability. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed once AUVYRA accepts the order and confirms it by email.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Order totals, including shipping, are recalculated and confirmed by our system before any payment is taken.

Where a product is presented as forthcoming, references to it are informational only and do not constitute an offer to sell.

At AUVYRA, we take reasonable care to ensure that product information, prices, promotions, calculations and order totals displayed on our website are accurate. However, occasional pricing, calculation, typographical, promotional or system errors may occur.

If an error is identified before an order has been dispatched, AUVYRA may place the order on hold while the matter is reviewed and corrected. Where necessary, AUVYRA may amend, refuse or cancel an order affected by an obvious error.

If an order has been undercharged because of a pricing, calculation or system error, AUVYRA will contact the customer with the corrected order details and any outstanding balance. The order will remain on hold until the customer confirms that they wish to proceed and any outstanding amount has been paid.

If a customer requests a product substitution, quantity change, variation or any other amendment to an existing order, the requested change will not be finalised until the customer has confirmed the amendment and paid any resulting price difference.

If an order has been overcharged, AUVYRA will refund or credit the applicable difference using the original payment method where reasonably practicable, or another agreed refund method.

If the customer does not respond within a reasonable period after AUVYRA requests confirmation or payment, AUVYRA may cancel the order before dispatch. Any funds received for the cancelled order will be refunded using the original payment method where reasonably practicable, or another appropriate refund method.

AUVYRA may refuse, amend or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing, calculation, promotional, typographical or system error, even where payment has already been received, provided the order has not been dispatched. If the customer does not wish to proceed at the corrected price, any amount paid for the affected order will be refunded.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law.

Payments are processed by Square. Where offered at checkout, Afterpay is also available as a payment method. Card details are entered directly into the payment provider's secure fields; AUVYRA does not receive or store your full card details.

Your use of a payment method is also subject to that provider's own terms and conditions. AUVYRA may decline or cancel an order where a payment cannot be verified or completed.

Returns, faulty or incorrect items, and refunds are set out on our Returns & Refunds page. Those pages form part of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AUVYRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the house, the website, or applicable law. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the most recent update.

Continued use of the website following an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
